Storytelling Campaign

Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts is a luxury hotel brand renowned worldwide for their beautiful design, artisanal experiences, culinary craftsmanship, and five-star service. The introduction of the first Four Seasons Hotel to Minneapolis held great promise of growth for the city, but many residents were unfamiliar with the brand. The hotel wanted to introduce themselves to the neighborhood in a way that was approachable and collaborative. Through a comprehensive storytelling campaign, I highlighted the stories of the individuals from the community who embodied the brand’s values. Through these stories, we rallied the community to come together and drive new economic opportunities and connections within their community.
